OUR DIAPER:
The diapers we use are rectangular with an extra-absorbent panel in the middle.  They are 100% cotton to ensure comfort, and are laundered to prevent diaper rash.

NO RINSING:
The same process that helps prevent diaper rash also minimizes odor.  Therefore, it is not necessary for you to rinse or soak soiled diapers.  We do ask that your shake any solids into the toliet before placing in diaper pail.

pH ADJUSTMENT:
Baby's Choice helps prevent diaper rash in two ways:

1) Our laundering inhibits the growth of bacteria.  We have found that bacteria, not wetness, to be the main cause of diaper rash.

2) We pH balance our diapers to be compatible with normal skin.  In the unlikely event that your baby experiences redness in the diaper area, please call us immediately.  He or she may need higher pH diapers, which we are happy to provide at no additional cost.

COUNT SYSTEM:
Baby's Choice is a weekly diaper rental service.  We use the even-exchange count system to keep each customer's inventory at the proper level.  It works as follows:  If you subscribe to 80 diapers a week, you will receive a full 80 diapers the first two weeks on service.  This is your "base".  Starting the third week, and for all subsequent weeks, the number of clean diapers you receive directly reflects the number of soiled diapers you handed in the week before.

For Example:
Your turned in 72 diapers, your will receive 72 diapers the following week, and you will be charged your base rate of 80.

DELIVERY DAY:
You will receive diapers on the same day at about the same time each week.  If you are not going to be home you may leave your soiled diapers and payment outside for our driver.
